Nabemono, also known as nabe (or hot pot in English speaking counties) are various hot broth dishes containing a variety of ingredients.
Gyoza (ギョーザ)

Udon are white and thick wheat noodles which are basically made by kneading wheat flour, salt, and water. It is usually topped with scallions and can be served either hot or cold.
